New improved tool to promote well-being at work

Business link and health work and well-being have recently launched a new version of the business health check tool. Renamed the workplace well being tool, it has been completely redeveloped by Capgemini with the assistance of representatives from organisations large and small and from the public and private sectors. It is intended to help organisations identify the specific issues within their organisations from putting a business cost on poor health to looking at good practice within similar companies.
 
This free resource enables organisations who are considering introducing of a well-being strategy to develop the business case to drive a strategy forward.
 
Organisations are now realising that healthy work force means enhanced productivity and reduced financial risks. These issues are crucial as the UK emerges from recession but with uncertain economic times ahead then this is really important to enable to public sector to deliver excellent services with limited resources.
