LG Employers consultancy is an experienced team of strategic and operational HR specialists consisting of both LG Employers staff and independent specialists.  All are experienced professionals with first hand experience of local government and understanding the challenges facing the sector.

We are able to apply our experience of good practice elsewhere in the public, private and voluntary sectors to provide creative solutions to complex problems.

We are part of the Local Government Employers and work in partnership with other central bodies, the Regional Employers Organisations and private consultancy firms.
