Guidance on allegations of abuse against staff in schools

The guidance document is intended to inform the review of existing children's services authority/local education authority (LEA) procedures or to assist in developing procedures on staff facing an allegation of abuse where there and no agreed procedures. Procedures should be drawn up locally and it is recommended that local LEA procedures are agreed with the Area Child Protection Committee.
