    LGE has developed new guidance for authorities to meet their statutory responsibilities under the Teachers' Pension Scheme, when schools outsource their HR and / or payroll provision.

    LGE has substantially updated its advice on Vetting and Barring with information on 'What the Employer Should Do/What the Employee Should Do' and 'What to do with employees who the ISA are 'minded to bar'. This advice supersedes any earlier LGE advice.

  • Fit Note guidance for employers

    The Department of Work and Pensions has published guidance for employers on the new fit note.

  • Sentencing for corporate manslaughter

    The Sentencing Guidelines Council have launched their guidance for judges on sentencing organisations convicted of corporate manslaughter on or after 15 February 2010.
